Other Witch Hunts

Document other times in American history when 'witch hunts' were conducted and discuss the outcomes of the Salem witch hunt and the other witch hunts you find. What do they all have in common?

This one is about slavery also. It isn't quite as lenghty as the other one, but it is very interesting. It was easy to read and it had alot of other links on it to click on that told in much more descriptive and broke slavery down much more.

Hey Jared. The first website that you listed was hard to follow. I understood that you were talking about slavery being another witch hunt in American History. Keep up the good work!

Good job of finding the witch hunts on slavery, however, there wasn't a lot of information unless I want to purchase the video set.

Way to think of slavery as a witch hunt I never thought about that one.

1. Good site! Helpful.

2. I found a few sites about all three subjects and how they were related so you might want to look a little more. Good sites though.

3. Good job with the witch hunts of slavery. Not really one that I would have thought of but its a good example.

Good job!

3.) We have learned so much in school about slavery, that I could go on and on about how that is one of the biggest witch hunts in our history!

3. Slavery in America is a great example, but this site doesn't explain it or present it as a witch hunt. It only shows books about it. I would maybe suggest finding another site on the same topic- it's a good example.

We've studied slavery in America since I don't know how long, and until this assigment, I never really realized it was a witch hunt, when it's probably one of the biggest. Good research and good job!
